He is survived by: his brothers, Greg, Gayle and Glynn; his children, Angela (Mike Brisbin), Clayton (Gena Lewis) and Kristin (Joe Holliday); and his grandchildren, Amanda Edwards, Michael Brisbin, Dillon Brisbin, Ben Dow, Shelby Holliday, Wyatt Holliday, Ella Lewis, Morgan Holliday, Harlee Lewis and Gary Lewis II.
