Cook of Myrtle, Missouri, born in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, who passed away on May 25, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Cook and Mary Cook (Williams); and his siblings, Naomi, Glenna Mae and Jerry.
He is survived by: his wife Erma Jean McClintock; his siblings, Robert Cook (Lucille) of Bono, Jim Cook of Egypt, Bob Cook of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Gail Cook of Alicia, Arkansas; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Mendoza of Thayer, Missouri and Bill McClintock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
