He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Gould and Dorothy M. Gould (Weaver); and his parents-in-law, Carrie and Ted Owens. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Scott, Keith Henderson and Kendal Max; his wife Sally Blair (Owens); his stepchildren, Robert (Tina), Judy and Bobbie; his siblings, Samuel, James (Sharon), Mary Buckner and Andrea West (Jim); and his sisters-in-law, Betty Owens and Pauline Moorehead.
