She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jennings and Myrtle Mae Weaver (Belew); her husband Raymond Elam; her daughter-in-law Diane Elam; and her siblings, Laurel Weaver and Velma Holden.

She is survived by: her sons, Milton Elam (Kerry) of Ozark and Neal Elam (Deb Baker) of Rogersville, Missouri. She is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
