He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon and Alma Holpuch, Sr. (Schult); his wife Judy (Heaberlin); and his sons, Michael and Darrell.
He is survived by: his children, Charlie (Marcia) of Maryland, Dana Lehman (Chris) of Tennessee and Holly Rudolph (David) of Mtn; and his sister Gloria Mezera of Florida.
