He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack E. W. and Helen Rose Dunkleberger (Murphy); his wife Cheryl; and his sister Marsha. He is survived by: his daughters, Danielle Kelley of Mountain View, MO, Katrina Ann Cadotte of Rogersville, MO and Karen Noreen Hager of Republic, MO; his siblings, William E Dunkleberger of Lakes Wales, FL, Sara Baker of South, FL and Loretta Bower of Winter Haven, FL; and also, Paula Machan and KJ Lewis. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
