She is survived by: her spouse Dale Thomas Antrim; her children, Kevin Antrim (Donna) of Mountain View and Karen Frost (Brock) of Birch Tree, Missouri; her brother Sammy Monroe Cushman (Sue) of Raymore, Missouri; her sisters-in-law, Eva Taylor, Nancy Vrba and Deb Cushman; her grandchildren, Kevin Antrim, Jr., Kyle Thomas Piper (Nikki), William Marshall Piper (Risa), Brett Antrim, Keeley Frost (Steven Gall), Marcus Antrim, Sam Antrim, Joseph Puzzo (Erika) and Jon Kaul Kinder; and her great grandchildren, Zoe, Kelli, Kiki, Nevaeh, Kyler, Raelynn, Brendilynn, Everleigh and Christopher "Tate". She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
