We are sad to announce that on September 19, 2022, at the age of 69, Rita Kay Woolsey of Mountain View, Missouri, born in Teresita, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruel Smith and Hazel Smith (Spangler); her siblings, Lelande Smith and Lillie; her siblings-in-law, Bruce Hawkins and Karen Smith; and her granddaughter Ella Woolsey.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Woolsey; her children, Amy Black (Paul) of Springfield, MO, Melissa Graupman (Doug) of Stoutsville, MO and Jarrod Woolsey (Erika) of Mountain View, MO; her grandchildren, Kaylee Brown, Meagan Brown, Emma Wilson, Owen Woolsey and Kai Woolsey; and her great grandchildren, Rhett Pease and Kodie Clark.
Memorial donations may be made to the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks and left at the funeral home.
