He was predeceased by: his wife Kathie Elaine Frederick; his parents, Robert Frederick and Irene Frederick (Davis); and his sister Patricia Gray. He is survived by: his son Robert; his daughter-in-law Leslie Frederick of Mayville; his daughter Becky; his son-in-law Marvin Corbin of Eminence, Missouri; his granddaughters, Elizabeth, Abigail Frederick, Erin, Caitlynn and Heather Corbin; and his siblings, David, Alvin Frederick and Shelia Johnson. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
