He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Dale; and his grandparents, Ralph, Sue Carr, Virgil and Donetta Brooks.
He is survived by: his mother Connie Sue Brooks (Carr) of Willow Springs, MO; his wife Angela Rose Dean; his children, Seth (Katie) of Nixa, MO, Aaron Brooks, Whitney Brooks and Allison Brooks; his siblings, Jason Houck (Carrie) of Branson, MO, Marty Brooks of Mountain View, MO, Sammy Houck of Rogersville, MO, Chad Brooks (Amber) of Mountain View, MO and Lisa Dodson (Eugene) of Eminence, MO; and his grandchildren, Sophia Cox and Colton Brooks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
