He is survived by: his children, Charles Wesley Gebert (Sonya), Johnny Lee Gebert, Holly Elizabeth Hoffrichter, Christina Marie Hoffrichter, Joseph Peter Gebert and Elaina Louise Gebert; his wife Amy Jo Phipps; his sister Marlene Murphy (Sam); his daughter Michaela Still (Shawn); his mother-in-law Patti Jo Patterson; and his grandmother Edna Phipps.
