He is survived by: his wife Lois; his brothers, Ted Crabtree of Springfield, MO and Clifford Crabtree of Bakersfield, MO; his nephews, Guy of West Plains, MO and Torrey Callahan of West Plains, MO; and his stepchildren, Vivian Carnefix of Cassville, MO, Amy Hill of Ironton, MO, Benny Griffin of West Plains, MO, Tammy Atkins of Winona, MO and Holly Atkins of Winona, MO.
