He is survived by: his son Glen Owen Phillips; his wife Dawna Mae Phillips (Sanders); his daughters, Pamelia Dawn Blair (Phillips) of Conway, AR and Glenda Sue (Phillips); his grandchildren, Kayla Lyn Fadely (Blair) of Vilonia, AR, Sydney Dawn Porter of St. Peters, MO and Shane Thomas Porter of St. Peters, MO; his great grandchildren, Lucas Andrew Fadely of Vilonia, AR and Lillian Avery Fadely of Vilonia, AR; and his sisters, Barbara Morris of Willow Springs, MO and Linda Snearly (Russell) of Rogers, AR.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
