He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloria Frank (Lambertus) and George Frank, II; and his grandparents, Jim and Lois Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Johnna Dale; his sister Laura Harper (Bob); his brother-in-law Johnny Dale (Malisha Menefee); his children, Josh Frank and Danielle Whisenhunt (Glen); and his mother-in-law Beverly Dale. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
