He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Travis and Dorothy Helen Young (Branner); and his brothers, Leroy Young, William Young of Springfield, IL and Donald Eugene Young of Eufaula, OK..
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Ashley Young (Lisa) of Hobart, IN and Brett Young (Marissa) of Wicasette, ME; his grandchildren, Lauren Young and Adam Young of Hobart, IN; his siblings, Ralph Young, Jr. and Florence Young Derryberry (Joann); his friend Frank Austin; and his nephew Carl Derryberry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
