She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Stephens; and her siblings, Nell and Sonny (Walter). She is survived by: her children, Ken (Mitzi Stephens), Sandy (Bob Chaney), Tammy (Larry Larimore), Mark (Lisa Stephens), Becky (Mark Conway) and Bob (Amy Stephens); and her grandchildren, Heather, Eric, Tara, Aubrey, Collin, Logan, Hailey, Seth, Dalton, Brett, Brook, Cameron, Makayla, Miles, Lydia and Graham.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. This charity was a favorite of Dorothy's, and she supported them for many years.
