He is survived by: his parents, Leland Ray Earls and Angela Christine Surface Earls; his sisters, Kendra Smith (Blake), Dedra Earls, Alexa Hocking (David) and Erika Newberry (Keegan); his nephew Wade Smith; and his grandparents, Gayle and Edith Surface. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins; and lots of nursing friends.
