He is survived by: his wife Tina Rayne Kelts of Mountain View, MO; his nephew Michael Lee Carter (Sonia) of Branson, MO; his stepchildren, Michael Curtis (Diane) and Brandi Curtis; and his grandchildren, Harley Curtis and Tabitha Curtis. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and a great nephew and niece.
