He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Lee (Kenny) of Richmond, MO and Valerie Mgrdichian (Kevin) of Ankeny, IA; his grandchildren, Kindy Kessler (Grant), Miranda Randall (Brad) and Kailey Mgrdichian; his great grandchildren, Kaidence, Kynli, Bodhi and Lucas; and his siblings, Elda Phelps of Mountain View, MO, Bennie Baumgarth (Roy) of Cedar Hill, MO and Hazel Easky (Dale) of St. Clair, MO..
