She was predeceased by: her parents, George Heavin and Mary Heavin (Orchard); her brother Leroy Heavin; her sister-in-law Ellen Heavin; and her nephew T. J. Heavin.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Dale Nicholson (Mary Kay Nicholson) of Mountain View, MO and Robert Duane Nicholson (Sherry Nicholson) of Birch Tree, MO; her grandchildren, Angie Nicholson, Jacob Nicholson and Deedra Nicholson; her brothers, Jim Heavin of Crane, MO, Russ Heavin (Cindy) of Galena, MO and Darrell Heavin (Cheryl) of Spokane, MO; her nieces, Cynthia Farley and Lindsey Jones; her nephew Chris Heavin; and her pets, Tippy and Spooky.
