She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Perkins and Naomi Perkins (Volner); her siblings, Allen Perkins, David McMullin and Gena Stark; and her grandparents, Harvey, Delcie Volner, Clara Metcalf and Ralph Perkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Hailey of Flippin, Arkansas, Sophia of Flippin, Arkansas and Emma Cook of Flippin, Arkansas; and her siblings, Deana Perkins of Mountain View, Roger Perkins (Brandy) of Mountain View, Pamela Bales of Mountain View, Danny Perkins of Salem, Missouri and Jimmy McMullin of Salem, Missouri. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
