He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Kay and Lola May Rhodes (Brown); his sister Susan Daugard; his granddaughter Wendilyn Harper; his daughters, Wendy Sue Harper of Rigby, Stacy May Harper of Gooding and Jennifer Rose Long Strout; his grandchildren, Katerina, Austin, Martijean, Dominique, Ethan and Samantha; and his siblings, Dale Rhodes of Cabool, Rosetta (Eugene Sontheimer), Esther Rhodes of Cabool, Nancy (Chester Walker), Carla (Ed Farley), Lola (Brian Ray) and Nola (Bruce Jones). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
