She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Moore and Zelma Moore (Johnson); her husband Roy Don Smith; her daughters, Melissa Mabe and Tina Claxton; her siblings, Mabel Walker, Kay Martin, Faye Cooper and Tommy Moore; and her brother-in-law Harvey High.
She is survived by: her son Keith Smith (Christina) of Mountain Grove; her grandchildren, Jordyn Freeman (Levi), Trey Dixson, Logan Dixson (Emma), Dylan Claxton, Jaxson and Layne Smith; her great grandchildren, Tucker and Cooper Freeman; and her siblings, Grace Mings, Sandy McCormick (Charles) and Donny Moore (Melba). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the City of Mountain Grove Animal Shelter in care of the funeral home.
