He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronnie Mills and Lenora Mills (Farmer); his parents-in-law, Chuck and Debbie Felker; his grandparents, Gene, Lila Wilks, Roy and Vergie Plummer Mills; and his sister Penny Mills Gunter (Jesse).
He is survived by: his former spouse Tabby Stillwell; his stepsons, Dustin Eugene and Cody Kenneth; his wife Lori Felker Mills; his children, Courtney Mills Emery (David) of Mountain Grove, Dustin Mills of Mansfield and Cody Mills of Mountain Grove; his grandson Pierce Mills; and his sister Karen Mills Riley (David) of Lebanon. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
