He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter, Martha Bradshaw and Gynetha Sullivan. He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Sullivan and Judy Sullivan (Bradshaw); his wife Donna Sullivan; his children, Travis Sullivan (Kayla) of Bonne Terre, Andrew Sullivan (Addylyne) of Mansfield, Owen Sullivan (Rylea) of Norwood and Amber Davis (Joseph) of Norwood; his grandchildren, Ayla Sullivan, Avalynn Sullivan, BradLee Davis, Asher Sullivan, Ayden Sullivan, CiceLee Davis, Shiloh Sullivan and Lydia Sullivan; his siblings, Ronnie Sullivan (Samantha), Daniel Sullivan and Tracy Chadwell (Doug) of Norwood; his grandfather Orville Sullivan of Cabool; his parents-in-law, Elaine Clouse (David) of Macomb and Tom Durham (Vicky) of Ava; and his sisters-in-law, Lori James (Kenny) of Mansfield and Lesia Scott (Dane) of Mountain Grove. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
