She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Harold and Margaret Halsel (Sterk); her husband Lee Walters of Lee's Summit; and her son Douglas Walters. She is survived by: her children, Brian Walters (Amy) of Springfield and Rebecca Sue Walters of Springfield; her daughter-in-law Laura Walters of Mountain Grove; her son Tony Clark (Cindy) of Shawnee; her grandchildren, Stacey Tipper, Kristy Clark, Sherri Madziala, Shaela Smith, Mariah Walters, Shane Walters, Brian Walters Jr. and Aaron Walters; and her great grandchildren, McKinley, Noah, Watson and Jack. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
