Pauline Forbes Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pauline Forbes of Mountain Grove, Missouri, born in La Porte City, Iowa, who passed away on October 29, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Schrader and Sylvia Schrader (Border); her husband Ted Forbes; her in-laws, Burley and Gladys Forbes; her brother Don Schrader (Margaret); her son Garry; her grandsons, Ross and Tony Forbes; her great grandchild MaRanda Forbes; her great great grandchild Wyatt Forbes; and also, Francis "Tooter" Forbes, Zetta Mae Trautman, Mary Worrel, Jean Brewer, JoAnn Webb, Dixie Hutchinson, John Forbes and Clyde Forbes.

She is survived by: her children, Paula Sterling, Loreen Riddle-Forbes (Hank), Ann Engel (Rich), Craig Forbes (Linda) and Mark Forbes (Mary); her siblings, Maxine Lowery and Kenny; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Schrader, Bob Forbes and Barbara Forbes. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
