He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Satterfield and Cledis Satterfield; and his former wife Betty Satterfield. He is survived by: his spouse Betty Vosler; his children, Dell Satterfield (Shanda) of Mountain Grove, Randy Satterfield (Debbie) of Mountain Grove and Lydia Wilson (Dave) of Branson; his stepsons, Gary Love (Beth) of Ashland and Dale Love (Tammy) of Ashland; his siblings, Jerry Satterfield (Judy) of Licking, Terry Satterfield (Treva) of Salem and Crystal Ritz (Stanley) of Licking; his sisters-in-law, Ellen McKinstry of Ashland, Pat Carlton (Gary) of Rickville and Leadel Todd (Calvin) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Jonathan Edwards, Kayla Sanders (Jon), Brandon Satterfield, Latham Melton Farmer, Braden Melton, Justin Satterfield (Kathryn), Adam Satterfield and Stephen Wilson; and his stepgrandchildren, Brittany Love, Bryan Love (Lisa), Vicky Love and Cody Love. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and other family and friends.
