He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Warner and Sue Warner (Cockerham); his parents-in-law, John C. and Bertha "Butch" Dailey; and his stepdaughter Jennifer R. Dailey.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Waara-Warner; his stepdaughters, Jessica Fry (Aaron) of Mountain Grove and Haylee Waara of Mountain Grove; his sister-in-law Karen Dailey Kayser of Mountain Grove; his nieces, Shannon Williams-Russo (Joe) of Springfield and Tracy Dodd (James) of Mountain Grove; his grandsons, James, Christopher, Hunter and Zachary Fry; and his cousin D. J. DeWater. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
