He is survived by: his children, William "Bill" Moore Sr., Crystal Pruitt and Ashley Higgs (Steven); his grandchildren, William "Bill" Moore Jr., Nevaeh Moore, Dominic Moore, Tracy Mullen, Mackenzie Pruitt, Frankie Pruitt, Brayden Larson, Breanna Higgs, Tyler Higgs and Audrey McLarty; and his siblings, Ronald Moore and Annette Nies. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
