He was predeceased by: his father Delbert Bannister; his grandparents, John, Margaret Cooper, Bill and Jean Bannister; his parents-in-law, Nova and Janet Baney; and his uncle Dan Cooper.
He is survived by: his mother Donna Cooper; his wife Candy Cooper; his children, Michael Cooper and Rebecca Cooper (Benjamen Barr); his grandchildren, Anthony and Elizabeth; and his brothers, John Cooper, Paul Bannister and Ernie Bannister. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Mike was currently working as an EMT for Texas County Memorial Hospital and also serving as an American Heart Association Instructor, and EMS Instructor for certification for Texas County Memorial Hospital.
