He is survived by: his children, Erica Ballinger (Craig), Sarah Craig of Springfield, Missouri., Michael, Samantha Fairchild and Levi; his siblings, Mark (MaryLou Blanchette), Merl Blanchette of Chebanse, Illinois, Myra (Jeff Emme), Mary (Dennis Antosz) and Mina (Jim Menz); and his stepmother Helen Blanchette of Bourbonnais, Illinois. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
