She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hedley Sr. and Lucie Lorine Carl Hedley; her husband James Keith Peebles; her sisters-in-law, Harry Hedley Jr. (Peggy) of Prosser, Washington and Leo Carl Hedley (Olive) of Shalimar, Florida; and her daughter Carol Ellis of Pontiac.
She is survived by: her daughter Marilyn Lawson (Kerry) of Saddlebrooke, Missouri; her grandchildren, Aaron Ellis of Rolla, Jonathan Lawson (Cassandra) of Nashville, Jordan Lawson of Nashville, Lincoln Pommert of Joplin, Missouri and Maranda Arnold (Trevor) of Maitland, Florida; and her great grandchildren, Zane Rimes, Caroline Arnold, Joseph Arnold of Maitland, Florida and Charles Ellis of Pontiac.
In lieu of flowers, those who desire may make a donation in Mary Ruth's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital in honor of her great-grandson Zane.
