She was predeceased by: her parents, Lola Stacy (McAdams) and Willis Stacy; and her husband Jim McIntosh. She is survived by: her children, Lora Clampitt (Ed) of Wichita and Cody McIntosh of Macomb; her foster daughter Wilma Lancaster (Ron) of Mansfield; her siblings, Gary Stacy (Bonnie) of Jerome and Brenda Pridemore of Mountain Grove; her grandchildren, Kayla Swensen (Stephen), Chase McIntosh, Britt Clampitt and Brooke Newton Dennis; and her great grandchildren, Sailor Swenson and Blaine Wallace. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
