She was predeceased by: her parents, John William Ellis and Ruth Faye Ellis (Volner); her husband Delbert Curtis; her siblings, Carl, Mack Ellis, Bonnie Curtis and Janette Butram; and her son Michael Rhodes.
She is survived by: her brother Levon Ellis; her children, Lesa Seams (Tim), Debra Cooper (Jason) and Carlton Curtis (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Destinee Kinder, Kyelor Curtis, Madison Curtis, Karlee Curtis, Cali Curtis, Gunnar Seams and Lindsay Reese. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren.
