He is survived by: his children, Dana MacDonald (Cornelius) of Seymour, Missouri, Warren Merrifield (Carol Morgan) and Wayne Merrifield (Tammy) of Seymour, Missouri; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Everett (Jacob) of Springfield, Jakilyn Cavanaugh (Lukas) of Springfield, Stephanie Slone (Jason) of Blue River, Casey Merrifield (Stephanie) of Seymour and Corey Merrifield of Springfield, Missouri; his great grandchild Macaria Everett of Springfield; his sisters, Donna Embrey of Seymour and Lois Goss of Fort Worth, Texas; and his brother-in-law Joel Norris of Ava, Missouri. He is also survived by cousins, extended family and friends.
