He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Ray Williams and Mary Delores Pruett Williams; and his brother Larry Williams. He is survived by: his children, Michael Williams, Kindra Frazier and Christal Parker; his siblings, Wanda Lee, Betty Allmon and Dean Williams; and his sister-in-law Julie Williams. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
