She was predeceased by: her father Ira Ashby; her husband Norman Tatera; her mother Evelyn Finley; her stepfather Edward C. Finley; her daughter Angela Johnson; her sister Sharon Levy; and her stepbrother David Finley.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Tatera (Tina), Richard Tatera (Michelle), Loren Tatera and Jody Tatera; her sister Maryfrances Gillen; her stepbrother Douglas Finley; and her half-brother James Finley. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins, and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests planting a tree or flower or donating to a favorite charity.
