She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Raymond and Freida Creed (Hicks); and her husband Ken Smith. She is survived by: her children, Timothy Smith of Fordland, Daniel Smith (Danielle) of Ava, Stacy Ussery (Chris) of Mansfield and Tracy Smith (Wesley) of Rogersville; her siblings, Terry Creed (Deloris) of Mountain Grove, Virginia Polm of Cabool and Mary Ann Polm of Cabool; her grandchildren, Kelsey Anderson, Kenny Smith, Dalton Smith, Odesa Smith, Kiana Rader, Lilly Smith, Kylie Smith, Trenton Smith, Trey Ussery, Kannon Smith, Zane Ussery, Malachi Ussery, Brycen Smith, Jacie Ussery, Hunter Smith and Cole Smith; and her great grandchildren, Brentley, Noah, Nova, Adalynn and Hudson. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
