She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Peterson and Opal Smith Peterson; her husband Lewis Mayfield; her son Donald Ray Mayfield; her children-in-law, Shona Mayfield, Debbie Mayfield and Jerry Bradley; her grandchildren, Christopher, Teresa, Vonya and Louie; and her brothers, Darrell Peterson and Wayne Peterson.
She is survived by: her children, Sharlene Bradley of Mountain Grove, Missouri, Orland Mayfield, Larland Mayfield (Midge) and Harland Mayfield (Faye). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, twelve great-great-grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
