He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Briscoe and Edna Briscoe (Smith); his brothers, Warren Briscoe and Willard Briscoe; and his grandchild Dusty Kincaid.
He is survived by: his wife Ava; and his children, Rob Briscoe (Melinda), Everett Davis (Jamie), Rick Briscoe (Donna Callahan), Barbara Crisp (Matt) and Sharon Davis. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
