He is survived by: his close friend Regina Helums; his children, Jacob Spiva of Springfield, Hillary Mumaw (Tim) of Mountain Grove and Mindy Russell (Kurt) of Norwood; his siblings, Larry Conner (Shirley) of Clever, Emmett Spiva (Shirley) of Springfield and Linda Davis of Norwood; his grandchildren, Destiny, Lane, Emily and Hazel; and his great grandchildren, Bailee and Brynlee. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
