He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Johnson and Hattie Jane Crewse (Greenlee); and his siblings, Ival, John, Billy, Howard Crewse, Audra Shelley and Dorothy Morrow.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ancil Crewse (Marilyn) of Huggins, Missouri, Floyd Crewse (Lorene) of Huggins, Missouri, Fines Crewse (Blanche) of Huggins, Missouri and Imogene Hamilton of Cabool, Missouri. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces; and many other relatives and friends.
