He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Armstrong and Eva Armstrong; and his brothers, Wallace, Bill, Rex and Jim.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ruth Carter; his sons, Kevin (Deb) and Brad (Michelle); his grandchildren, Ryne (Haley), Kelsey Moore (Austin), Blayne (Leah) and Kyler (Brooklyn); and his great grandchildren, Blaire, Paxton and Silas.
No services are planned due to COVID-19.
