He was predeceased by: his parents, Abe Shelley and Audra Shelley (Crewse). He is survived by: his sister Donna Kullmar; his nephew Matt Kullmar; his great-nephews, Tyler, Anthony and Blake; and his close friend Bruce DeMarionville. He is also survived by numerous uncles and aunts; and other relatives and friends.
