She was predeceased by: her parents, James L. Johnson and Emma S. Johnson (Canada); her husband Harry Bales; her siblings, Otto, Gwendola, Ava Ruth, Norma Lucille, Velma Emma and Lillian Edwina; and her grandson Darin Amos.
She is survived by: her children, Rose Marie Cobb, H. Cecelia Driver and David P. Bales. She is also survived by five grandchildren, one great-grandchild, several nieces and nephews, and other relatives, neighbors, and friends.
