She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Jeaneen (Ralph) of Mountain Grove; her husband Basil Carter; her son Terry Hutsell of Springfield; her daughter-in-law Terrye Carter of Mountain Grove; her sons, Dan Carter of Fort Lauderdale and Tim Carter of Mountain Grove; her grandchildren, Ashley Otwell, Dalton Yarber, Bobby Otwell, Carter Otwell, John Carter (Ashley), Joel Carter (Kelsey), Jordan Carter (Kadie), Piper Marie, Logan Carter, Noah Carter, Hudson Carter, Lincoln Carter and Emmerson Carter; her great-niece Chris Dowsey; and her caregiver Amber Parris. She is also survived by many other relatives, church family, and friends.
