He was predeceased by: his parents, James O'Harra and Wilma O'Harra; his wife Sharon; and his sister Gloria. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Donaldson, Dan O'Harra and Shannon Melisko; and his stepchildren, John, Loretta, Tena, Patty and Tammy.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home - Mountain Grove (315 N Main St, Mountain Grove, MO 65711). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
