He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay Fredrick and Mini Florence Moxley (Sullivan); his brother John Herbert "Jack" Moxley; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Moxley and George Hardt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Charmaine Bohannon (Buck) of Lebanon and Randi Moxley of League City; his grandchildren, Roman, Victor, Maxwell, Jaasiel and Jayzaniah; and his sister Dorothy Hardt. He is also survived by five nephews, and many church family and friends.
