He is survived by: his wife Ann Wooldridge of Springfield; his son Richard "Rick" Wooldridge (Teresa) of Willard; his grandchildren, Stephanie Barber (Brandon) of Republic, Richard Wooldridge II of Republic and Eric Wooldridge of Lebanon; his great grandchild Gabriel Barber of Republic; his sister Carolyn Morris (Dick) of Baldwin; and his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Giles of Springfield, Richard Clark of Buffalo and Murrell Clark of Mountain Grove. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, and many other relatives and countless friends.
